Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@nuttiq.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

🛡️ NUTTIQ™ Refund Policy

At NUTTIQ™, your satisfaction and safety come first. We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to deliver the best grooming experience possible. However, we understand that skin sensitivity varies, and not every product works perfectly for everyone.

Patch Test Requirement

Before using NUTTIQ™ Depilatory Cream, all customers are required to perform a patch test as outlined in our usage instructions. This helps reduce the risk of irritation or adverse skin reactions.

🔁 Eligibility for Refund

If you experience a skin reaction or irritation after following the patch test and first-time use instructions, you may be eligible for a product refund, provided the following conditions are met:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • You must confirm in writing that you performed the patch test and followed the usage guidelines.
  • To be eligible for a return, no more than 20% of the product may be used. For example, a 100ml tube must contain at least 80ml. (Note: A patch test typically requires less than 5% of the product.)
  • Refunds apply only to the depilatory cream — all other NUTTIQ™ products are non-refundable.
  • Refunds apply only to the product cost — delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are issued only through the Wish Pay app and OMT Pay.
  • To initiate a return, please reach out on support@nuttiq.com and we’ll email you a return shipping label. 

This policy ensures fairness for genuine cases while protecting against misuse.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • If the product was used without performing a patch test.
  • If more than 20% of the product was used.
  • If the product was applied to prohibited areas such as the scrotum or mucous membranes.
  • If the refund request is submitted more than 7 days after delivery.
  • If the reason for the refund is not related to product performance (e.g., change of mind, shipping delays, or personal preference).
  • If the customer does not have or refuses to use Wish Pay or OMT Pay for the refund.
  • If the product was not returned as instructed in our e-mail reply.

📦 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

1.     Contact our support team at support@nuttiq.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

2.     Provide your order number, date of purchase, and a brief description of the issue.

3.     Confirm that you followed the patch test and usage instructions.

4.     To return the product, we’ll email you a return shipping label. 

Our team will respond within 3 business days after receiving the return and process eligible refunds via Wish Pay or OMT Pay after receiving the returned product.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on Wish account within 3 business days. 
If more than 7 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@nuttiq.com
